Food Hatch: School Holidays from 12PM to 4PM

Bookings can be made online for tables indoor, on our outdoor terrace and in our kids party room.
The Olive Tree Kitchen, drenched in natural light, provides you with a feast for the senses. From here, you can look out onto the ziplines and aerial trekking courses while sampling our nourishing menu using local ingredients, including from our own veggie patch on-site. We freshly prepare all our food daily in our kitchen. Try our daily hot specials or a pizza, cooked in front of you in our traditional Italian firebrick pizza oven, handcrafted in Naples, the birthplace of pizza. Our dough is handmade in house, proved for 48 hours using the timeless methods of traditional Italian pizza makers. We have a wholesome kids menu created especially for the little ones.
Tom Farragher our Head Chef has years of experience in delivering the highest quality wholesome food. Our mission is to serve honest, fresh, nutritious food. He is assisted by pastry chef and baker Mary Faherty, Sous Chef Terry Heron, Chefs Lucasz Grass and Dara Cunningham.
Alternatively, for a quick bite that won’t break your stride, the Wildlands Wagon, our converted 1970's VW postal van serves coffee, sandwiches, freshly baked sweet treats and snacks.
